Around Our Farm
Our farm is located on 20 acres between Cannon Falls
and Red Wing MN. We are one hour south of the Twin Cities-
Minneapolis/St. Paul and Rochester (Home to Mayo Clinic) MN. We are
transplants from the Twin Cities, but would never go back to city living.
We watch deer in our fields and we watched a hawk family as it raised a young
hawk and taught it how to fly. We have 2 dogs, Belle and Norman, they
do not co-mingle with the alpacas but do "guard" the area just like any
golden retriever would! Lilly and Rosie are rescued cats who now share
our home with us and we have a barn cat - Pinky is in
charge of barn patrol for mice.

Cherol and I love to talk alpacas and enjoy working
with interested people in doing hands on activities with our alpacas. We
help with how to handle an alpaca, how to put on a halter all the way to how
to give shots and trim teeth. We provide hands on learning with what
to do with the fiber once an animal has been shorn to how to market and sell
your yarn or alpaca products. We are open for visitors - please call
for an appointment. We also welcome small groups such as girl scouts troops,
4-H, etc. References are available.
